Mike Grady is the President and Founder of RMCI Financial Services, LLC. Mike graduated from the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After graduation Mike accepted a commission in the United States Marine Corps, where he served for 22 years. While in the Marine Corps, Mike held a variety of leadership positions, but primarily flew F/A-18D's on the West Coast and overseas. After retiring from the Marine Corps in 2007, Mike accepted a position teaching Accounting, Advanced Accounting, and Economics and Personal finance at Colonial Forge High School in Stafford. Mike began work as and IRS registered tax preparer at RMCI Tax Service in 2011, and later founded RMCI's Financial Services branch offering financial services and tax strategies to RMCI's tax clients. Our financial services branch has expanded to include clients from all walks of life, and Mike's goal remains to help all of our clients understand and navigate the complexities of today's dynamic financial environment.
